“Become who you are!” so says, Friedrich Nietzsche in Thus Spoke Zarathustra.

The universe distributes its gifts unevenly. Alas, you also have received a hand to play by an indifferent universe. Do you complain or you make the most of it?
The true measure of greatness is not in the accidental advantages of wealth, birth, strength, intelligence or other natural gifts. But rather it is in the tireless effort to shape your destiny into the best that it can possibly be.
Making your own best destiny starts with self-awareness and ends with self-actualization. The sum possible of all that you can be is becoming Superman. It is the end and all of full self-actualization. There can be no more to achieve once you are Superman. This must be the trajectory of life.
The journey toward becoming Superman begins in solitude. You can become Superman only through self-reflection. You identify and overcome biases, prejudices, self-doubt, and fears. You must become fearless to to achieve impossible goals.
The Superman is he who, despite constraints, reaches beyond the expected boundaries of their circumstance. It is the person who transforms their unique constellation of strengths and weaknesses into a vehicle for self-actualization.
The Superman recognizes that potential is not fixed but expansive. The Superman believes in possibility where others see impossibility. Where the average person encounters obstacles and retreats, the Superman sees opportunities for growth and advances.
This form of heroism—the maximization of self within the constraints of reality—is accessible to each of us. It requires neither cosmic powers nor divine intervention. It demands only the courage to expand the boundaries of what seems possible.
